Pre-Verification

 Upon delivery of your first order, you will be required to sign a consent form, as well as furnish a government issued photo ID and your original Doctor’s recommendation. The necessary forms can be downloaded by clicking here. We also will need a photocopy of your recommendation and ID for our records.

Your California Driver's License or state-issued I.D. card as well as your valid doctor's recommendation must be presented EVERY TIME you obtain medical cannabis from FRNDS.

 

 

2.

Resale or redistribution of medical cannabis obtained from FRNDS is strictly prohibited.

 

 

3.

You must be at least 18 years of age to become a patient member of FRNDS.

 

 

4.

Do not drive under the influence of any substance that may impair your motor skills, including medical cannabis.
